Consigning

We accept all women's designer and mainstream clothing and accessories purchased roughly within the last two years. All pieces accepted are priced according to style, demand and condition. Items are priced at approximately one third of the original retail price. All contracts are based on a 60/40 split of the consignment selling price. Consignees may receive monies owing after their items are sold, as soon as inventory is updated, while refraining from collecting more than once a month.

By dropping off items you agree to all terms and conditions of contract and authorize D&P to start a contract in your name with prices set by D&P unless otherwise stated.

All items must be in saleable condition. Articles requiring cleaning will be laundered or drycleaned and costs deducted from consignee’s account.

Terms of contract:

1. No guarantee of sale accompanies contract.
2. Articles are reduced in price 10% each month, or at our discretion; storewide sales occur at end of season, in late June and December.
3. All articles left at consignee’s risk. D&P not responsible for damage, loss or theft.
4. Unsold items sent to charity at end of season without notice.
5. Garments must stay in store for the duration of season, or be subject to penalty.
6. Monies not collected after one year will become property of D&P.
7. It is the consignee’s responsibility to keep contract up to date.
